Exchanges + Returns
At Chilli + Co we know what it is like to online shop.
While it is amazing to shop from the comfort of your own home, office (we have all done it at some point!) or while you're on the run, we understand that what you buy might not be quite right for you.
If you would like to return your item/s, please email us at email@example.com. All item/s must be returned within 7 days of purchasing. Once received, we will happily provide you with a credit note.
Due to our high turnover and limited stock, we are unable to hold items where the sizing is incorrect. Please email us before sending the item/s for return so we can expect the delivery and process the credit note as quickly as possible.
While we don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing, your credit note is valid for use within 6 months.
- The item/s must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags and labels attached, within the original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, there is no exchange, credit note or refund on jewellery, headwear or swimwear.
- There are no exchanges or credit notes on sale items, so please choose carefully.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return including posting the item/s to Chilli + Co. Any orders placed using the credit note are subject to our normal shipping fee of $8 for within Australia or $25 for shipping world wide.
All items are thoroughly checked before we send to you. In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days and we will happily refund the cost of the item plus shipping.
